Phone interview: Woman to whom the position reported was abrupt, disinterested and offered nothing to make me feel like this would be a great place to work. She actually drained my energy during the phone call (and that's never a good sign), and it wasn't because her questions were challenging. She was just chilly and giving off a "I'm wasting my time" interview vibe.
