Hypebeast Sales interview questions

Interview was based around work processes, sales contacts at brands and agencies. Was requested to create a proposed plan, based on a brief. Created plan in KeyNote & Excel. Presented the plan to relevant stakeholder. Questions were asked and answered post-presentation. Two weeks later, received an offer letter. Overall, pretty smooth.

First impression when speaking with HR, extremely rude and arrogant. If you are looking for quality people this is not how to attract talent as I was immediately put off with his condescending remarks. If this is the person who represents this company, management needs to step in and take a closer look.
