Had received an email for an initial Screening with the HR representative which led to a phone interview with the hiring manager. Interaction with the hiring manager was less than professional. Hiring manager was not well versed in knowing details about I-CAR from knowing how to read their training transcripts to what type of culture the company exhibits. When I asked questions, the response was a question... realized this was not a place with a positive atmosphere and continued the interview for practice.
