I felt the interview process was fairly straight forward. The company does do an assessment first but it only took 10 minutes. I spoke with the recruiter which was very informative about the company and role. I didn't move forward to next rounds but the overall experience was good and the culture sounds great! I would apply again if they have an opening in the future.
