IA Interior Architects Interior Designer interview questions

I interviewed with the San Francisco Office. It was via Video chat. I interviewed with them on a Tuesday and literally a week later I got an offer. It was pretty quick. I was suppose to interview with 3 others at once, but only one came into the conference. The HR Person gave me the list of names just in case all three were to join or just one. To keep this short, I wanted to go to Cali for my internship, (just know if you do out of state you are expected to provide your own living and travel expenses). But there was an office in my own State, fairly new, so By interviewing with the Bay area I ended up getting a response from the local Firm in my state. Very nice process and straight forward. you just need to know about yourself as a designer and your strength, weaknesses (though they really wont straight up ask you about that), and what you want to learn or how you see yourself growing. Make sure you can relate to some problems in the design process. Though you're in school, your projects should have some fall backs to talk about, and how you can get around them. Also, even though they don't ask, try to talk about the most enjoyable project/ winning project that relates to the question (if you have one). So it's not like you're just springing it up in their face, but they know you have skill and the project you did was one you put your all into. They also will have your portfolio up on the screen. They will have you share your screen or if not walk through it. I would take your website and compress your work into a pdf on the safe side so you have sorted out. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RELIABLE INTERNET! use the school if need be. I used my teacher's office which was most private and undisturbed.
