A design principle was visiting my college campus so she set up a few interviews with students in my program. The interview was very informal and more of a conversation about expectations and what they were looking for in a candidate. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was told she would get back to me in a few weeks. The employee seemed very casual and seemed to really like her job--she made the workplace sound like a positive place with a great work culture.
