Interview
The interview process lasted for about 45 minutes. The questions asked were mostly about quality of work and overall interests in design. We talked briefly about technical skills and experience in construction documents. Overall the interview went smoothly and everyone was friendly.

Very comfortable interview. The meeting was held via Teams and last about 1 hour. It was a very comfortable conversation with 2 interviewers. The conversation was casual talking about experience in all aspects of design including; knowledge of codes, Revit, the design process from SD-CA, and design meetings with clients

Interview
Initial 30 minute phone call with managing principle, then a 45 min in person meeting with them and the technical director and a tour of the office. Initial call was to get general background, in person interview was to get technical and design experience.
