Meeting with the principal was very comfortable, they're all about hiring personalities, didn't even look at my portfolio. Very personable, casual & energetic. Meeting with design team on the other hand was uncomfortable, they don't have a lot of experience interviewing and making you feel comfortable like the principal did so they were asking the formal interview questions that you read online which changed the vibe a little.
