Starts with a standard phone screening interview with HR. Then you have a phone interview with the hiring manager. If you pass those filters you will be given a timed test through email. Consists of electrical and physics questions that someone with a BS engineer degree should be able to handle. They look for 70% or better on this test. If you pass the test you are given an on site interview.
