I filled out and turned in a paper application. Three days later I received a phone call to schedule an interview. I was asked to travel to the Oklahoma IBC corporate office in Oklahoma City. I met with the Area Manager for the area I was applying for. He was very laid back and asked simple questions mostly about past positions I had held at previous jobs.

Interview
Video interview. It went well and went really into depth regarding what type of experience you have. The interviewer asked about challenges you have faced and what you didn't like about a past coworker. It lasted about 30 minutes.
Very smooth and easy . Was held in Kirby branch and the managers were very nice. I enjoyed the training there before moving to the branch I was hired in. Overall it is a good start to enter banking field.
