The process spanned across two rounds, both were relatively easy. Both were more of a discussion format than a typical interview format. The first round asked questions on improving existing services and the second round focused on how to get complex concepts conveyed to non technical users.

Recruiter emailed a questionnaire, then it was a loop with the hiring manager, his Director and an Engineering Manager. They asked for references before the job offer, which is odd and inconvenient

First round is conducted by the team leader and questions are typically general. Asked a lot about vibe cooding and AI Product Management which is normal and predictable. Not prefer standarlized answers, it's better to connect with your own experience but keep it short.
