An online quiz and then a phone interview. The online quiz wasn't very hard. It tested basic computer science knowledge. The phone interview was slightly harder but it was basically data structures and algorithm questions. They give you an online editor and you type responses into it.

It was not really that difficult. There were 2 rounds of interview.One HR and one technical interview. Mostly related to your previous work experience. So, just do be confident what you have mentioned in your cv to describe.

Eu fiz a entrevista da IBM para trabalhar em um cliente. Houve três fases. A primeira fase foi com o recrutador, e aí foi uma entrevista menos técnica. A segunda fase foi já com o líder técnico, que houve uma entrevista mais técnica e para saber também como que eu lido com determinadas situações e tudo mais. A terceira entrevista foi com o próprio cliente em inglês, já falando sobre partes técnicas, como lidar e tudo mais. E aí, depois das três tentativas, recebi a proposta.
First round was the Coding assessment, we have solve some problem and multiple choice questions. Second round was Video assessment and third round was English assessment followed by HR round. The entire process is bit time consuming.
