3 rounds over 3 face to face visits in EGL office.
Spoke to one of the recruiters initially over phone and came to know of role.
Later asked to come to meet for a management screening round.
Was easily completed. The next two was with a global DPE and a associate director which was more strategic in line of questions.

Surprisingly, in first round was asked about how I would manage with IBM's lower standard coming from another top MNC with better perks and benefits.
i had a good interview and experience overall. i decided not to take the role in the end but i'd consider this company again if the opportunity arises in the future. They could have been more transparent about the salary though
