Roughly 2 weeks after sending resume, I received a cognitive logic test. It was a test to assess your arithmetic and logic ability, nothing related to professional knowledge. Then, I received a online recording interview. I had to answer 3 questions before the camera and record it through online recording page. (all speaking in Chinese)

Applied for the job and got the interview there was no technical round all the questions were situation-based. But that is not the case for all job opportunities at IBM sometimes I had to answer questions related to my field.

Had a question related to regex in the technical round once. But mostly in the video interview had questions like tell us about a time you went above and beyond while working on a project.
The online coding assessment had an issue with the javascript implementation so I had to switch languages to python halfway through writing the solution, which wasted a lot of time
