Interview process is very convenient. All done remotely, thanks to the advancement of technology and IBM's adaptation of it. You don't need to travel to their office and wait long hours, interviews are done at the comfort of your own home. First would be the initial Phone screening with Recruiter, after which they would schedule you for a technical interview using their cloud platform (audio video call). After you pass they will schedule you for the Behavioural exam. Then after you pass it, they will endorse your profile to the client (have to be patient and wait) and next thing you know the recruiter will call you for their offer.
