It began with a Group discussion round which was fairly simple, followed by a telephonic interview with HR level questions testing the communication skills and the final round was the technical interview.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
