The interviews process was very friendly, informal and relaxed. Asked some specific technical questions but not tests.
Talked to HR personnel, Managers and developers during the interview. Had a tour of the place.

Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got
