Interview
Too much workload but a great experience and amazing learning opportunities. Salaries are too low. Work cultures are very professional. Rapid growth amd there are loads of learning opportunities. Every few days there is a new training that anyone can join. There is ton of elearnong opportunity available as well.
Application, assessment centre then two stages of interviews. First interview with recruitment team, then with the hiring. Interview process was fairly straight foreward and nothing strenous out of the ordinary.

Name a time you have had to deal with a difficult team member?
Very friendly interview with PMO, area manager & HR manager. Two rounds, one online & one in person later. Basic questions about current job, future aspirations in IT roles. It was not a very formal process, so it was quite smooth.
1 h conversation over teams. Too many people on call. Not enough time to ask your questions. All wanted to ask specific question to their area. Not sure all related to position
