Interview
There were two stages of interview:
Technical skills and soft skills.
The technical interview was thorough but with two friendly interviewers. It was not tense but just to know what you have done.
The soft skills interview was very interactive. The interviewers were calm as well.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
