Like many have stated, they ghost during the interview process and do not respond to emails. For a IBM company, it's so unexpectantly unprofessional. The recruiter contacted 3x for the same postition. Each time I responded and they would ghost for two weeks then come back requesting a interview. The recruiter didn't seem to know anything about the role or team. And she didn't ask me any relevant questions. It lasted around 15 minutes.
