Interview
There are three 45-min long interviews - one technical, one behavioral and one administrative. During your interview it's all about differentiating yourself from the others in your interview class. They can't hire everyone so they are only going to the take those that stood out or they remember at the end of the day - doesn't matter your GPA, who you have worked for previously, or where you see yourself going. Do they remember you?

Application, assessment centre then two stages of interviews. First interview with recruitment team, then with the hiring. Interview process was fairly straight foreward and nothing strenous out of the ordinary.

Name a time you have had to deal with a difficult team member?
Very friendly interview with PMO, area manager & HR manager. Two rounds, one online & one in person later. Basic questions about current job, future aspirations in IT roles. It was not a very formal process, so it was quite smooth.
1 h conversation over teams. Too many people on call. Not enough time to ask your questions. All wanted to ask specific question to their area. Not sure all related to position
