Very good procedure for the selection process. Follow the process on technical evaluation. A very good interview experience. Interview questions are systematic and match to the actual requirement and guidance will be given while answering with an example so that we can re arrange ourselves and present with the interviewer.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
