It was a straightforward process, it was an interview with the hosting manager and another team member. The interview was both technical and non technical. Very satisfied with the process and learned a lot working at IBM. Would gladly work here again.

Received an initial online assessment with 2 coding questions (one leetcode easy, one leetcode medium). Then received a behavioral assessment. Then was contacted for an online interview with 2 engineers. They asked questions regarding web development.

Standard behavioral and technical interview. No coding session. Over 25 questions related to DevOps. Interviewer was friendly and easy going. Questions ranged from what is CI/CD to tell me what you understand about Kubernetes.
