Interview
3 times and difficulty speaking it was average, as long as you are a team player and conflict solver everything should be fine. The interviewers were friendly and tried to take the process as getting to know the company better phase.

How do you solve conflict between requested interview from candidates?
2 rounds of interview. Great and relevant interview questions were asked in both rounds. First I met the line manager and in the 2nd round interview I met with the head of department, a senior leader. In both rounds very relevant questions were asked with special attention to my motivation. I had plenty of time to ask my questions - they were all answered.
