Once you submit your HackerRank assessment, your code is evaluated against hidden test cases to determine correctness, performance, and potential errors. Recruiters or hiring managers then review your results alongside your application. If your submission meets the required standards, you’ll likely be invited to a live technical interview—often conducted via HackerRank’s live coding platform featuring real-time collaboration, audio/video chat, and interviewer scorecards. If an item or skill is missing, you might receive a rejection or no reply. The next stage typically involves a scheduled virtual interview or coding session with technical leaders for deeper evaluation.
