The interview level was moderate. The basics should be strong enough to clear the technical round. It was 30 minutes long. It had three rounds of interviews. One technocal, 1 HR and lat one will be with SAP Leader.

Interview
IBM has conducted a technical round and a Managerial round. The level of interviews were moderate and they offered Band 8. Then, they have asked for document on background verification and send an email that Background verification is completed. Candidature was under approval.
Then, they called and said for one more technical round. That technical interview was at micromanagement level. Questions were like do u remember SAP Note number, next screen etc. This was an additional round and could not understand the purpose of this much technical details at Manage rlevel
