Interview
It was a total of four interviews, with the final one being a detailed case study presentation. Each stage assessed different skills and competencies relevant to the role. The onsite case study involved collaborating with the team to present solutions and demonstrate problem-solving in a real-world context.
Recruiter emailed a questionnaire, then it was a loop with the hiring manager, his Director and an Engineering Manager. They asked for references before the job offer, which is odd and inconvenient

First round is conducted by the team leader and questions are typically general. Asked a lot about vibe cooding and AI Product Management which is normal and predictable. Not prefer standarlized answers, it's better to connect with your own experience but keep it short.
