there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
