The people are really well-qualified, and passionate about their work. So, the interview was very exciting. Lot of questions about my previous research experience (systems and mathematical experience). My tips: you should have been really passionate about your job before; be honest and straight; think before you answer

Interview
I got in touch with the Manager of the Cloud Computing Group via a referral, expressing my interest to work in that group. We exchanged a couple of emails and spoke on the phone to discuss more about the position.
A panel of 6 people interviewed me over 2 days.
Most of the questions were Research based. It was more like a discussion / brainstorming session rather than a stereotypical interview.
They focused on my thesis, research, and inquired about my skills and academic/ professional interests.
