Interview
I applied online and after a month, I heard from a campus recruiting coordinator to schedule a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiting manager. During the 30-minute phone interview, I was asked about my resume, experiences, qualifications, and knowledge on the company. After the phone interview, I was told that in two weeks I would hear back.
Following the two weeks, I was moved to the second round where I had to complete a timed, one hour writing test and go to their office for an in-person interview. The writing test was broken down into three parts: a few personality questions, a media pitch and list for a new campaign, and conducting research & reporting findings for a possible campaign.
The in-office interview lasted one hour where I met with five different ICF Next employees in a set of 20-minute interviews. Some employees were very welcoming while others were not. In two weeks, I was told that I would hear back. The recruiting manager gave me a call to tell me that they would not be moving forward with my interview which was very off putting for me.

Question 1
What have been some of your favorite campaigns? (Can be from ICF Next or another agency)
Very comfortable, was nervous at first but the interview was very conversational and welcoming. I am sure that interviewers kept in mind that I was fresh out of college and didn't expect me to be super knowledgeable. Questions were't too deep either
