Interview
I applied online April 2022. The recruiter contacted me 3 days later to ask basic questions and gauge my interest. An interview was scheduled for a week after I had applied. Interview was via Teams with a panel of 4, and was an hour long. They asked some general personality and technical questions, I had to work through a technical task, and they left room for any questions I had. Interview felt pretty casual, since everyone was in their own homes (because of covid and working remote). Everyone felt very welcoming, and there was even some casual jokes about common issues one of the main programs we use always has. received an offer 2 weeks after the interview, negotiated a higher salary, accepted offer (3 weeks after applying).
Took a long time between multiple rounds of interviews and negotiations after receiving an offer. The recruiter was responsive, but it took extremely long from the first round of interview to the final offer letter.
