Interview
Interviewed with ICF Next for a position supporting a gov't client. HR contacted me and said they needed to hire someone immediately and provided 3 questions about experience and salary. The salary one was very off-putting because it was **20% lower ** than what the position had posted/advertised, but I went with it with a side-eye. Seemed like a bns. She then asked me to provide a few timeslots during the week so that she could get me interviewed quickly. I did, and then she emailed me back saying someone would be in touch. 20 minutes later I got an email from another HR person asking for meeting times for the following week. I'm like wth? They are obviously disorganized. But I still went along with it. I figured that at least it's worth the interview experience time. The gal I interviewed with is very junior and seemed nice enough, but I'm super over-qualified for this job.

Interview
Thorough process that began with an HR screening call, interview with hiring manager, and then panel interview with 4 team members. Panel interviews were 30 mins each and completed one after the other via Zoom. A very fair process that resulted in an efficient follow up from HR informing me of their decision.
