Not all recruiters were proactive or timely, however, the line manager and managing recruiter (my current line manager) was amazing. He supported scheduling the interview and asked very pertinent questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why this company?
What is your area of specialisation?
Relevant questions, nothing out of the ordinary ordinary, HR screen and topic specialists plus a panel interview. Took questions on culture and career growth. Benefits seems good. This word minimum is stupid I don’t have anything else to add to this review.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ICF (Brussels) in Oct 2022
Interview
I have ambivalent feeling about ICF. First a headhunter reached out based on my LinkedIn profile. Then he simply disappeared and reappeared a month later, but meanwhile I was applying directly on the ICF website since my cv fully! covered their 2 pages long requirements list. I had 2 x 1 hour interviews with total of 4 people, plus a 2,5 hours successful written test in between. The interviewers in general sound professional and friendly. After the last round I did wait 2 weeks and asked about the outcome. As it turned out they have forgotten to send the rejection due to “technical problems” and informed me that they proceed with someone “who closely fit the specifications”. Hmm, even more closely?:) The whole process was painfully slow, 3 months.

Question 1
Less questions, more introduction about what they do (what is not so informative after reading about the company and being done the 1st interview)
