Interview
The interview consisted of a single round conducted on campus. The discussion was largely behavioral and exploratory in nature, focusing on understanding my background, adaptability, and role fit. The interview was conversational and straightforward, aimed at assessing cultural fit, flexibility, and role alignment rather than technical depth. It focused on understanding whether I could adapt to business needs, handle client-facing responsibilities, and be open to dynamic roles such as sales and relocation.
Not good and not bad it was average . Panel consists 2 people who wanted to hire people who are good at commitment towards icici long-term and good at communication
The HR round was virtual and technical round was face to face. After interview got one email of selection. Post which offer letter was released. There was no CTC discussion. Icici have predefined CTC range in the basis of designation.
