A group discussion followed by personal interview. GD was a financial case study with proper facts and figures. We were supposed to do some number crunching and then use those numbers in our analysis and arguments. Case study pertained to working capital management. We were also asked to submit our solution of case after the GD. Interview was conducted by a panel of 3 persons. It was quite congenial but there were plenty of cross questions and follow up.
