I applied and the next day a recruiter emailed me to set up a phone screening. Afterwards, my application was forwarded to the hiring manager for an in-person interview (July 2019). The interview was fairly straight to the point. I was asked about specific job responsibilities from previous jobs and relating it to the CTA role. Interview went well overall. I was offered the position via email the next day!

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.

3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
