Step 2: Hireview virtual interview email where asked 2-3 Behavioral interview questions and salary expetations, how far away ICON is from your home? Sponsorship questions.
After this point, things went in all direction.
Recruiter was changed in middle of the process. I contacted new recruiter which was assigned for this position. I never heard back from the person. Contacted original recruiter and original recruiter tried to contact the recruiter again but I never heard back.
After checking the new recruiter LinkedIn, I figured that the person has left the company. Another recruiter was assigned for this position. She was nice and did conform that I am moving to next interview. this new person emailed me to ask for availability 2-3 time and replied all the time within 2-3 hours. I have never received any conformation about when this interview will be. I followed up but never heard back. Overall, process took 2 months to figure out that I was never interviewed and other candidate was give offer letter.

Straightforward and reasonable as long as you have some experience. If you have worked with a professor before or had a previous internship you will be fine. Also having some good questions and background about the company helped with the interview a lot.
