I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ICON
Interview
I was “ghosted” by the recruiter after they scheduled an interview to discuss. I emailed her to ask if she’d like to reschedule since she was a no show and was provided no response. I understand recruiters work with a high volume but to not communicate is rude and should not be a norm
The process was quite quick. It covered a screening interview and a main interview with slides presentation. Topic for a power point slides presentation was provided in advance. Many management questions and questions related to time management and tasks management. Real examples of situations were well received. In generall, a friendly environment and good interview. Good impression.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ICON (Mechelen) in Mar 2026
Interview
I had 3 interviews, first with talent acquisition. Afterwards, I had 1 hour interview with internal line manager at Icon. Last step, a meet and greet with 2 people from Johnson and Johnson. Interview in Dutch for local position.
First interview was with someone from recruiting team followed by 3 Interviews with people in different roles: CTM, manager and director. No presentation required. Each interview was about 30 minutes long.
