2-3 tier interview process. Screening calls and technical interviews. It was a good interview stage. There is a lot of content about the company culture and employee-focused development but it was just on paper. I do not think they respect the candidates. I did not get any information or feedback after the interviews. At least you should provide feedback to each candidate you have spoken to after the 2. 3. interview stage. It is a red flag for me.
