Interview
1)Se envía una liga a tu correo electrónico.
2) se te dan las indicaciones sobre que la entrevista será a traves de una grabación y dan ejercicios de ejemplo.
3) te harán una serie de preguntas de dos tipos:
i) Preguntas donde debes escribir la respuesta.
ii) te colocan la pregunta y te dan minuto o minuto y medio para pensar la respuesta y posteriormente comienza la grabación.
En cualquiera de los dos casos te dan un tiempo para contestar las preguntas por lo que estas un tanto presionado sobre lo que dirás y solamente son como entre 8-10 preguntas. Todo en ingles

I have gone through the first round of interviewing with ICON for the CTA role and it was 5 timed questions basically getting a feeling for if I would be appropriate for this role at all. There is not a lot of time to think but the questions are very standard.
Primero es una llamada, luego ya te agendan entrevista con el manager. La entrevista es en español e inglés, presencial. Fue muy ameno todo, me sentí bien y cómoda. Recomiendo practicar las preguntas basicas en ingles para ir bien preparado.
