Interviews are done through a computerised system called HireVue - you record yourself answering questions on video. I had several of these video interviews, there is no recruiter contact information provided to follow up and no response given with feedback. You essentially speak to a computer with no human interaction at all - it is the worst interview process I have ever experienced
