Interview
I started with a 30-minute HR call, followed by two HireVue interviews: the first with 7 questions, and the second with 1 question to assess my proficiency in a third language. After completing the HireVues, I had a 1-hour onsite interview with two hiring managers. Later, HR requested another call to reassess my third language proficiency, as they were rushing the process. When I proposed a time two days later, they insisted it needed to be done earlier. In my opinion, all the stages went well, but after the final call, I received no further communication from the recruiters. Instead, they sent a generic email stating I wasn’t chosen for the role. Despite asking for feedback, none was provided. It felt like a waste of my time.

Two rounds, digital interview and after that interview with the hiring manager. Standard questions for CTA, easy if you have some experience/knowledge in the clinical research area. The process took around two weeks to complete both interviews and receive offer.
