ID Agent Partner Success Associate interview questions

I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and a second phone interview with the manager and VP. The management is disorganized and the hiring process seemed very rushed, the VP didn't show up on time for the 2nd phone interview due to an emergency. The hiring manager called me back 5 minutes after it ended when he was on the line and I had to drop what I was doing to take the call, which is not good if you are taking time out of your current job to have phone interviews. It seemed very disrespectful of my time and does not bode well for being an employee.
