Six interviews with five Vice Presidents. Second interview asked if I would take a couple steps back to get a job. Third interviewed me as a lower level role compared to what was posted. The role was changed during the interview process. By the time the forth and fifth called to talk about another role, I was ambivalent. Yet they gave me the impression I should be grateful they wanted to talk. Recruiter was wonderful and tried to keep my interest, it was the hiring managers who weren't sure what they wanted.
