Phone interview was pretty lengthy, but I luckily got an amicable person. In person interview was more nerve wrecking (probably usually is), was also a lot of questions. I wasn't sure what to expect and even getting there and doing the questions was a little confusing; I felt some of the questions were kind of open ended or based on opinion ( I guess this was to gauge your personality and how you would fit into their culture. I was happy though, that at least for me, it was very prompt in getting answers back once the process was done.
