It’s a 3 step process. First is a 10-15 min phone interview with someone from HR. Next is a second phone interview with the individual that will be your supervisor if you get the position. That’s about 15-30mins. And final is a 3 hour in person interview at the company. This involves a 10-15min presentation on a topic of your choosing to the 5 individuals that will be conducting 30min individual interviews with you.
