IHOP Food Server interview questions

There were two interviews. The first one, I waited for 2 and 1/2 hours to be interviewed, and was only asked two questions with three managers in front of me. The second one was at the IHOP I would eventually work at, and waited for almost two hours. This time the interview was a "real" interview, going into who I ma and what I would contribute. The actual manager and the district manager conducted the interview.

Put in a application 1 friday and got called the next week. I called back and no one answered so I left a messagge to call back meanwhile I momentarily tried to keep calling back throughout the evening. The moment I went to go help my mom with some groceries is when they finally decided to call back and then leave another message which seemed like that was probably going to be the last time. I then spent the whole entire next day trying my best to contact the manager and I still got nothing. So on monday I went to a doctor's appointment and I decided to go straight to the place myself and ended up getting a really quick and effortless interview while being hired on the spot. It looked like they were just hiring anyone who walked in through the door. I even got to have an orientation about a 1/2 hour later and I was there for like 2 hours signed all the papers, got my 1 uniform and everything and then started my training the next day with everyone else.
