I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IHOP (San Antonio, TX) in May 2016
Interview
Manager called me a week after I applied. He told me to come sometime between X-X hours for the interview. He asked a few easy questions then told me to start the following week. He made sufficient accommodations for my second job and gave me the hours I asked for.
Basic and brief. I dressed up a bit, she seemed to like that. They're always desperate for workers so it's pretty easy to do well in the interview. You must on Christmas though.

Question 1
General experience questions. We basically went over the application. A bit more in depth.
Easy. Helps if you already have experience. I was hired on the spot. Just go in there with confidence, you’ll be fine. Good luck with your job hunting and I hope you land that job!!
The interview process was very relaxed and i had a 2-part interview process. I spoke with the store manager and the district manager. They were very nice and open minded about me not having experience and they were very detailed about the position.
