I applied online and was called a couple days later to come in for an interview. I was interviewed separately by 2 people. It was pretty casual and easy. The interview was during a slow time in the afternoon and we sat in a booth in an area of the restaurant that wasn't being used. They only asked a couple of the typical interview questions. Then they asked me what I would do in a couple different scenarios. They made it clear that I wouldn't know exactly what to do but to just give my best answer. After that they just told me what the responsibilities were, went over company policies, etc. At the end of the interview they told me they had a couple more interviews planned and that they would go from there. It's been a week and I haven't gotten a call back so I'm guessing they went with someone else.
