I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IHOP (Lakeview, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
I walked into the restaurant and asked to speak to the hiring manager but she was too busy at the time so she told me to come back in two days. Came back in two days and just walked her through my resume.
Basic and brief. I dressed up a bit, she seemed to like that. They're always desperate for workers so it's pretty easy to do well in the interview. You must on Christmas though.

Question 1
General experience questions. We basically went over the application. A bit more in depth.
Easy. Helps if you already have experience. I was hired on the spot. Just go in there with confidence, you’ll be fine. Good luck with your job hunting and I hope you land that job!!
The interview process was very relaxed and i had a 2-part interview process. I spoke with the store manager and the district manager. They were very nice and open minded about me not having experience and they were very detailed about the position.
